It's been almost 7 months since I took a break from ffxi...now I'm ready to come back. Problem is I can't log back on...somehow my password changed on me. POL says that my credit card number does not match the one on the billing account...so they can't do a reset. Is there anyway I can retrieve my account back...or any hackers out there...lol. Feel free to drop a line. Thank you.
Well its been 7 months you will have to talk to a GM on that to recover your account you can only do this once I believe.

Sounds like it was sold... be it by the person you gave it to, or by yourself...

I know the account is still there...POL mentioned last login was Nov. 3 05, besides if it was stolen...all my friends online would inform me.
