I would like to find out if anyone is interested?
We would do a mission one or two nights a week, depending on what is involved (i.e, 4.3 requires some farming and other bs, so we would split farming/mission into two nights). Before any mission the CS's would have to be completed by the member, that way, you can enjoy them without being 'pushed' into the next event. I would most likely get a pearl and keep everyone updated. All missions would be EST, and rather early...around 8PM I imagine.
Currently, I would take BLM, and Stryknine would take RDM.
We would be looking to fill the other 4 spots with standard XP party fare. And as stated, have 4.3 flagged please.
I haven't decided if I am going to try and make this yet, but would like response from those who would like to try it.
Aerwen, thank you for your post. As I thought about it some more, I realized that the last CoP missions are uncapped. Hence the need for a party of like levels. So, to add, if anyone is looking for a static to hit 75 AND finish CoP, that would be great. I am not counting anyone out, don't misunderstand, I would just like to get this done as quickly as I can. I want to be the level 11 Blu LFG in the dunes. =)

Well, so far that is 7. I am going to talk to Stryk some more about his work schedule and let you guys know something here in the next week. I know that he won't be available this week, so if we can get rolling by next week that would be cool.

I will be looking for you guys tonight around 8PM EST to at least "start" 4.3. I would like to at least kill the coarse NM, depending on how long it takes to get the keys we need. If everything goes quickly, I will leave it up to the group to either a) farm for swag like subligar or balloon cloth or b) clear fomor hate, go back in, and kill the ghost NM.
grrr...hold off. I have a work conference call tonight that may last TOO long I am sure.

Well, it seems Stryknine's schedule and mine are ******** up this whole thing getting started. So, I guess for now it's on hold. I hope that I haven't ruined anyones quest for SEA by making you wait. And if anyone is still interested, let me know, and maybe we can work something out to try and get them done in 1-2 weeks when Stryk is available.

But really...after two hours of farming in the sh1thole known as the Sacrarium last night, my band of brave adventurers came up flat as far as keys and subligars went. Yes, we had a THF with us...
Three of us won't be available tonight to try again, so I am scheduling this for 8:00 PM EST Thursday night. Tell your friends! Call your neighbors! I would like to get enough peeps to totally scorch that area. Please post if you are interested. Finding a party for this has been difficult, and I know there are people still out there that need this mission. Or send me a /tell in game and let me know. The place isn't THAT bad..it seemed the Stegotaurs were easier then the TP removing Fomors there. I would really like to see how the story plays out...

Part of my CoP static (only 4 of us: WHM, DRK, PLD and me as THF) went into Sacrarium last week to farm for keys to do CoP 4-3 later.
After going thru the maze (on Ice day) we took the Southern exit. Several Fomor's spawn here: I pulled the Fomor Monk, Fomor RDM and Fomor SAM - Coral Crest key dropped from 2nd Monk (subligar dropped from the first one), 2nd Coral Crest key dropped from the 3rd RDM that spawned. We didn't fight enough Fomors to get Hate that needed to be cleared for the mission - 8-10 kills tops and we were done. However, we did kill Orcs and Gigas while waiting for the rest of our static to arrive for mission run.
We already had a Sealion Crest key, so we were done farming in an hour. CoP 4-3 was a breeze: PLD, DRK, BLMx3, WHM -> we toasted the old professor and his colleagues - I was only one that 2-houred. Have your casters position themselves behind the desk - the tank and melee out in the open area - that way the mages typically won't get hit with Sleepga. And yes, contrary to what you may have seen posted a number of places, we fought this guy in the spawn location, we didn't pull him out.
On Thursday evening, my static is doing Tenzen's Path for 5-3, otherwise I'd help you farm keys. If you go on Friday, and want to also farm subligar, I can help and can probably bring a PLD friend as well. We want to get subligar and getting folks together for that is sometimes not easy. Let me know - I work until 7:30 or 8pm EST on Friday.
