EuropeansUnited is a new linkshell, aimed at the euro crowd (or anyone playing on euro hours).
We already did a Bastok Dynamis run with about 28, and although we ran out of time, we still came quite far.
Hourglass is funded by all, currency auto-drops.
AF armor is lotted by those with a 65+ job and search message.
AF weapons are lotted by those that want it.
Other items are auto drop.

what days do you do euro dynamis?
Oh, I didn't make it myself.. was planning to do it, but then Xorathaa (also EU, and RL friend) told me Deedo had started a Euro Dynamis LS.
Right now we only do them on sunday, ~17:00 GMT, but when we get enough people we can do 2 a week.

I still need a few levels to join but many of my LS are already in and love it (today seemed to be a good day as far as i can tell - they sounded quite happy in Teamspeak lol).

Happy? We had 4 hundred currency and 2 AF2 drops, and we weren't even halfway through ;)
We're still looking for more members, especially BLMs (we got too many RDMs, lol... 1 RDM for each PT ^_^)
Dynamis runs will be around 10am CST in the USA I think, so any US gamers can join as well (if they can get out of bed by then ;)
Oh, for the record, 100 pieces are autodropped just as the 1 pieces, so if you can spent the 25-50k (excluding R2 items) for the glass, and don't mind a bit of exp loss, YOU can win them as well!
