6 BSTs needed to try Promyvions. >:DFollow

Hi guys. ^^
I am looking for 6 BSTs to help me try something out.

My BST character, Kubla, needs all 3 Promyvions. Having done the Celery BCNM, and knowing strategy for fights like Tails of Woe, I have worked out a strategy for completing the Promys with a party of 6 Beastmasters. I think this will go well, and I'm asking for your help in giving it a shot.

What We Need
_______________________________________________________

-- 6 Beastmasters. I would like at least 2 BST/WAR or BST/NIN, and BST/WHM for the rest, but if everyone who's interested wants to sub WHM, this will work too.
Remember that as far as I know, this has not been done: someone mentioned seeing a video, but there is not a strat available for this. I need BSTs with a good sense of humor and a willingness to try something new with me, and make a little history on Bismarck in the process. ;D

-- All BSTs will need 1 stack of Crab Familiar and 1 stack of Courier Carrie.
You will also need at least one stack of Pet Food Zeta: if we need supplies after the first Promy, we can head back to Jeuno for extra. I will bring extra supplies in case we go over and need more.
-- The food you bring should be determined by the role that you're comfortable playing. I personally will be using Rolanberry Pie for MP: we will only be DD'ing at the MRs and after 10% (maybe) life on the bosses, if you'd like to boost your attack bring DD food. Defense food is also ok, especially for BST/WARs.
-- Everyone participating will need to bring reraise items, antidotes, poison potions, holy water, Hi-Potions, Hi-Ethers, juices and a Warp scroll. This is for all 3, so this item list includes defense against the special attacks of all 3.
-- Animas. I will be farming until I get all 3 animas, and I recommend that you do the same if you'd like to participate: it doesn't take long to do, and it makes the fights much easier. My biggest concern is the Carousel move in Promyvion-Mea, and if we can keep that to a minimum things should go well.

The Strategy

__________________________________________________________

Those of you who have done Promys before, everything will be the same on the way up: avoid aggro, find the MRs. Since we will all have Wide-scan, this shouldn't be tough.
When we reach the Memory Receptacles, all BSTs will call Crab Familiar. 4 BST will fight the MR along with their pets, and the other 2 will fight strays, and Sic their pets on strays they're not directly killing.

In the Boss fights, we will all call Courier Carrie and wait until our timers reach 2 mins. 3 BST will send in Carrie against the boss, we will wait 5-10 seconds, and the other 3 will send in their Carries. When your Carrie's life reaches about 5/6, use a Zeta: this will give your timer time to run down, and allow the (lol) Regen effect some time to work.
In Promyvion-Mea, the Delver uses a move called Impalement; this will put Carrie to 1% life. The Carrie is likely to die soon afterward, so we will have five Carries until that BST's timer comes back up, but we should still be fine.
When the boss reaches 50% life we will begin using Animas: we will go on a 30-second cycle for this.
When the boss reaches 10% life (possibly more depending on how fast the Carries kill it), all BSTs will go in and get to work with axes.
In Promyvion-Holla, the boss has a Sleepga move, so we will need to be ready with Zetas for this.

Please post any suggestions you have to alter this strategy.

Things that might go wrong:
--Carries might not kill the boss fast enough. I rarely used Carries at this level, but at current levels she hits as hard as I do on T. Depending on the con and HP of the boss, we may need to go in sooner with axes, which is riskier.
--AOE may kill too many Carries. I only foresee this in Promy-Mea. If we use our Anima, we will be able to stop harmful AOE's.

I would like to try this over the weekend. I have 3 BSTs tenatively, and I make a 4th, so I need at least 2 of you, and more if you're willing to try it. We will be doing all 3, so I ask that you have enough time to complete all 3 with us. I'm thinking around afternoon of Saturday or Sunday, depending on the schedules of those of you that would like to go.

I can't say yet how this will go, but I've thought long about it, and as long as Carries do enough damage and can keep the boss away from us until at least 30% life, this should be cake.

I'm in! I've already done Dem, and it's annoying, but I'm all for repeating it for those who need. Both /WHM and /NIN fully leveled for a 30 cap.

In my experience (1/3 Dem, 0/1 Holla, so not much >.>), in the fights it doesn't really matter what anima you use until the boss is almost dead. At <20% life, they begin spamming, and I mean spamming TP moves. The Dem boss created something like 6 little babies on my run, it was crazy.

As for pets, I used Homonculus (black mandragora) on my successful run. Very nice DD, parsed about 600 damage for the fight (WAR/NIN did 1k, with Mighty Strikes + Sturmwind). Probably a nice tank as well, seeing as how it has both guard and counter, very nice skills for a tank. Also, in Dem, if your pet happens to pop Dream Flower.. it'll sleep all the little ******* children. Useful? Y e s .

I'll go farm some anima later when I'm getting another tactics pearl - anyone interested in coming with?

My BST is way too low for this, but I applaud you for actually trying to break the mold. The promy's are seen by many as only being able to be done with the strictest cookie-cutter setup I've ever seen.

Good luck.

Well... level 28 is really kicking my *** for some odd reason, but, assuming i hit 30 pretty soon, I'm in.

I never get to do anything with other Bsts. This should be, at the very least, a lot of fun and a good learning experience.
