The -"oh man I screwed up"- threadFollow

Well I've been seeing quite a few "apology" threads in the past, and I thought this might be a good idea.
The main idea for this thread is for people who have made a mistake in the game to apolagise to those they may have hurt, especially if the person who made the mistake has forgotten the ther peoples names. Also, if something happened, and you are wondering whether it was a mistake or not, you could check this thread to see whether the person in question has posted here or not. There are a few rules...
1. If someone posts a mistake that happened, and you don't think that's how it went, please don't start a huge argument about it.. take it somewhere else...
2. If you are upset that someone hasn't posted, please don't take out your anger over this thread..(again, take is somewhere else)
3. If you are gonna post a mistake you made, please try and include everything that happened truthfully, as not to spark anyone's anger.
4. If someone has posted, and apolagized, and you were a person who was hurt by the mistake they did, please don't bring it up again in other threads...

Well I don't know if this is gonna work out well or not, but I hope it does ^^;
