Do the create/delete character trick... it doesn't take long at all and you will save someone 10k

woah, i've never paid 10k for a world pass.
The most was 6k, and I can usually get it for aorund 1K.
If you can let me know where to send it i'lll try and get one for you tonight. Maybe it has to do with rank? or fame in that city? that determines the price.
