The gil sellers are getting more and more obnoxious. As I speak, Amaniye, Lovelv, and Halenry are in Ordelle's Caves, sleeping a stroper and not attacking it to keep it claimed and alive so that my pal and I get pissed off and leave them so they have no competition. I read about someone sleeping Roc and keeping him claimed for 24 hours; this is no different. Explain to me why this is even allowed, I'd love to know... I'm completely disgusted.

I actual stole Stroper from the Love* crew once, they just stood there watching me kill it the entire fight (which was all of 10 minutes). I should have slept it and left it asleep if that's really what they're doing. D:

But then again that wouldn't make me any better than they are. :S I think they should implement something that makes a charmed or slept NM despawn after a certain period of time.

Gil sellers are getting way more competitive and aggresive now that they know they're being targeted for harrassment by the real players. Bismarck sadly is a very large server and attracts a lot of the worst sellers as a result. :/

I got scared when I saw a Zooe* in fishing gear. ><;

Next time they do that, don't be discouraged, keep slamming that voke macro.

I frequently need to sleep tough monsters midway through a fight in order to heal up, or reapply long-casting buffs. Every time I do this, the mob goes yellow again.

I don't know what they're doing, if they keep reapplying the sleep before it wakes or something...but in my experience the 'claimed' period is actually shorter on a slept mob. Always scared me to the death, what if I get a really good NM and need to sleep it? :X

But I agree, in Ordelle's particularly. I used to love hanging out there, but the gilsellers know all the tricks now. You can't get a chest down there as an honest player ><

Exactly, I see people chatting it up with the Jerrys all the time. Even Jerrys in partys. Even say someone with a Zooe in a party. Are they that fuckin' desperate for a party member, or that stupid?

I would rather French kiss my Grandmother than party with one of these warts on the society of Bismarck.

Please see my post in the following thread:

http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=35&mid=1095905666214804231&num=9

It outlines something that you can do to contribute to getting SE to give some attention to the matter. It doesn't take much time (5-10 min) and can be done from any web browser. I honestly don't know that it will make a difference, but it is the only thing that I can think of right now to try and make a difference.

Thanks!

Mag, do you know how to rate someone up? Because this is the second or third time I've seen you say you were gonna rate someone up, and their rating didn't reflect that at all.

After selecting the rating, you still have to hit the Rate Posts button at the bottom.

Just thought I'd point that out, sicne you said you rated me up once, and I didn't get rated up. :P
