DisconnectFollow

Quitting because of a couple of issues? We went from April (when I started) to now without any major issues, so they have a few before a new expansion, I accept this ^^ I do like the new viewer too ^^

I can't even get to playonline.com >.>

Anywho I just wanted to share with everyone that my server at work is also down for emergency maintenance lol. (Our accounting server to Kentucky)

Maybe It's me?? I am the cause of this server trouble? since it follows me to work too? =D

Well atleast now I don't feel bad about not being able to reconnect to my party in Quicksand.

Granted i agree the Total Systems DC was preety bad i just got done beating Ifrit for my Summoner when 3min after i get back to Kaz i was told to log I also know that this is getting quite frustraigthing for everyone (i was screaming at my TV screen like everyone else last night). But Unfourtunatly this happends with change. SE is just trying to make things better for us. I will take a few Bumps in the road if Gameplay will be better in the long run.

So lets no get too discouraged about this In 5 days CoP comes out and i am sure over the next month things like this will happen again and again but in the long run the game will get better.

Well, the disconnect itself was kind of a bummer... but the biggest issue is this:

My set party and I were xping in Boyahda at the time it happened, and when we got back on today, we had all lost approximately 3,000xp. This caused at least one person to delevel from 56-55.

Happen to anyone else?

I was the only person in my LS that didn't get DCed. I was holding a conversation with them and then they just left. I knew they weren't the type to do that so I /sea all'd and there were 900 people on, with a LOT of those Linkdead symbols. I was pretty scared, being in Gusgen at the time XD

Hey it worked out well for me! All the mining points were mine!! XD

Oh and I was on my PS2 version at the time (I have both. You think buying just ONE copy of CoP is bad??), so I wonder if maybe it was just the PC players that got booted. Regardless we didn't get a servermessage til 15 mins before they were going to do the maintainence, though I called it way ahead of time.

Met a nice guy in the mines while it was all happening (as bad as that sounds), and we just kinda started pointing out all the weird things that were happening til the servmes. For example, monsters didn't respawn, and something was screwy with their Path AI, as they were all just pressing against the walls, never turning around. ...nor did they aggro. Very strange.

I wonder what's going on? Maybe someone botched up one tiny little thing in the update coding (and if you're a coder, you know that even a misplaced comma can kill you). Whatever it is, I'd like them to get their acts together. It's getting old. I'm being as patient as I can be, but it's not easy.

Oh and I'm not fond of that new POL viewer either. Takes forever and a day to load up...what was wrong with the old one...?
