Lvl 56 Ninja Seeking Static PartyFollow

Hello everyone. You might know me, you might not. My name is Veran and I am a 56NIN/37WAR on the Bismarck server. I'm Rank 5, a citizen of San d'Oria, Elvaan, and enjoy long walks through the Sanctuary of Zi'Tah. Anyway, enough small talk. I know these topics can be annoying, and for that I apologize. I have recently been living what some of my higher levels friends have told me would happen: inability to get good pickup parties. Some of the parties I've been in lately have been somewhere between good and great, most have been awful. I don't like that "roll of the dice" chance when it comes to my experience points. So, I'm posting this topic, betting on the off chance that a static party MIGHT be forming at my level and they just MIGHT need a tank.

Anyway, some things about the way I do my job: I'm not one of those Ninjas that focus on ATK or STR FIRST. If I can get evasion equipment for a slot, I take it because my job is to tank, not deal damage. In addition, I realize that damage does help me hold hate, but my main focus (especially since I'm Elvaan)is always evasion. My focus on stats is usually in this order:

EVA > Enmity > AGI > ACC > DEX > STR> ATK > Everything else

My current equipment is as follows. I have some backup pieces of equipment that add to my versatility, I'll list them as well:

Weapons: Yoto+1 (DEF down) and Muketsu (HP Drain)
Ranged: Bailathorn
Head: Emperor Hairpin
Neck: Spirit Torque
Earrings: 2x Eris' Earrings, 2x Dodge Earrings (Have both, can switch to either when the situation calls)
Body: Royal Knight's Chainmail
Hands: Royal Knight's Mufflers
Rings: 2x Jadeite Ring (+3 AGI each)
Back: Nomad's Mantle
Waist: Survival Belt, Life Belt (Again, have both and can switch between them when the situation calls)
Legs: Ninja Hakama
Feet: Ninja Kyahan

Final stats:

With Dodge + Survival: Evasion+29, AGI+14, ACC+6
With Dodge + Life Belt: Evasion+24, AGI+14, ACC+16
I have Eris' Earrings also, but I rarely use them because I usually find these two setups to be appropriate for almost any situation

On to Ninja Tools: I normally carry 1-2 stacks of four different elementals, and 1-2 stacks of the slow and blind ninjutsu powder, and three stacks of shihei for each experience party. I use the elemental wheel, debuffs, provoke, and katana hits to keep hate as best as I possibly can. Between exp sessions, I usually farm tiger fangs for the powder I need, so that's usually not a problem. I've played with many people that have complimented me on my blink tanking abilities, so I do believe I can serve a static party well in the tanking role.

Finally, personal time constraints and party setup (since NIN parties do require some things). I play evenings, usually between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM PST. I have always told my LS that my dream party would consist of: NIN, THF, RNG, WHM, BLM, BRD. Of course I'm not going to be picky when it comes to a static party picking me up, but I just thought I'd throw that out there. =)

Anyway, those are my statistics. If you're starting a static party in my level range and need a tank, please consider me. I'll do the best job that I possibly can. Thank you for your time and see you in game!

PS: Yes, I did post a nearly identical thread on the Killing Ifrit forums. I'm just posting on other forums in hopes that my name will be spread to ultimately (and hopefully) get a static party quicker.

Hands: Federation Tekko
Rings: 2x Jadeite Ring (+3 AGI each)
Back: Nomad's Mantle
Waist: Survival Belt, Life Belt (Again, have both and can switch between them when the situation calls)
Legs: Ninja Hakama
Feet: Ninja Kyahan
