Norg FameFollow

I'm not sure if anyone in here may be able to help me out with this, but I tried posting it in the Summoner Forum but received no information.

I need to get my Fame Lvl 3 for Norg in order to take part in Leviathan Avatar Battle. According to the research that I've done, I need to build up Tensyodo Fame from Bastok and Windy quests??

I'm a little confused on this!! Does anyone know how I go about getting my Tensyodo fame up or whom I check with to see what lvl fame I have?

PS: I also read that the repeatable quest in Windy for the Yagudo Necklaces would be the best way to raise Tensyodo Fame, but you need to hand in atleast 150+ necklaces to get to Fame 3??

Yes there are 2 quests you can do to increase Norg fame fast and easy...

1) Mihgo's Amigo - Done in Windurst

2) Shady Business - Done in Bastok

Supposedly you wil get fame faster if you do the Bastok quest. I personally did the Windurst one to get my fame up. Basically I went to Giddeus, trained weak Yagudos like there was no tomorrow, ga'd the crap out of them, lather-rinse-repeat. I think you have to turn in something like 250-300 Yagudo Beads to get enough fame for the level 20s. Try doing the quest about 50 times and you should have enough fame. BTW I had done roughly 20 Wundurst quests too, so depending on how many quests you have done for a town you may have to do more or less. Hope this helps you!

Just thought Id add my two cents. I did the Utsemi scroll quest that requires mucho Norg fame. I did the Niho's Amigo (the Yag bead necklace one) quest 78 times. One can aquire decent money doing this quest as well.

I checked my riceball price when I was done and it was down to 150. The current thinking is that your price needs to be at 155.

Previously I had checked my riceball price after doing 50+ turn ins, the price was 155 exactly. But I'm an overly coutious person so I decided to do it more. Also, I have heard of at least one person that wasn't able to do the scroll quest with 155 riceball price.

Be wary, as I've heard that doing certain quests can damage your Norg fame. I've no proof, but it's my thinkg that its better to be safe than sorry. So it may be best to go directly to Norg after doing your fame collecting quests.

If you complete any of the quests in Mhaura or Selbina your Norg fame will decrease. My RL husband ran all over doing the Selbina Clay quest. By the time he was finished his price of rice balls had actually increased to the high 160's.

Thank you for everyone's input, I guess more than anything this will be a very time consuming scenario...and I thought Windy fame was bad lol!!
