Resetting a step of a questFollow

Hi all, Working on Vralds lost brother quest and I failed to get damage on the Blighted imp before my damage shield killed him because of the other impact in the room.
How do I reset this particular step of the quest ?

well if its normal zone then just wait till the npc's repop.
