The file being downloaded is named b.js and is downloaded from mb.zam.com. I have not noticed any specific ad up when it happens, but then I also am usually tabbing between EQ and the site as I look stuff up. Also since the file seems to be coming from the zam.com domain, it seems like the file is not from ad but from the site itself.
I am using Edge browser 20.10586.0.0 on Windows 10 64-bit currently. An suggestions about what might be the problem?

If I had to guess I would say the new IE is the problem. IE has always behaved weirdly when dealing with javascript.
