Adds and PasswordFollow

Today when I visited site, I noticed some adds. Later it came to me that my paid subscription may have expired, so I went back and tried to re-up the subscription. This did not work. But eventually I got a mini message that already I have a subscription. However in doing this manipulation I got a couple of edits when I tried to use the password I thought applied. It said I needed at least one capital letter and a special symbol. With that in mind, I have no idea what my password is. And since I have an active subscription, I do not know why I am seeing these adds.

Furthermore, email addressed to accounts@allakhazam.com is returned saying there is no such address, but this is the address given on the "help" page.
