Can webrequest data from ESOUI for my addon updater?Follow

So minion automatically downloads / checks for updates on addons and has them all organized in you guys data base. I'm wondering if there is a public api for usage on your sites or mega database of addons for eso. I'd really like to implement a check for updates feature for my Addon manager I created as an alternative to minion.

I was told to come here to ask this question, any support would be appreciated.
