Is it possible to create a new site for a game that needs itFollow

I've been on Hearthhead for a while now, and it's proven incredibly helpful for me and thousands of other players around the globe. The game is a complicated one, featuring hundreds of cards with countless interactions, nuances, and statistics--and it's constantly changing.

As you might be aware, Wizards of the Coast is trying to emulate Hearthstone's business model with the introduction of Magic Duels, which has debuted for iOS but still has as of yet to make its way to Steam, XBox, and PS4. It is even more complex than Hearthstone, will consistently expand four times a year, and might access as wide a player base as Hearthstone.

The survival of Magic Duels as an electronic community depends on not just the game developers, but dedicated support sites--venues in which players can talk about the game, analyze its components, facilitate a navigable metagame, and generally enjoy its nuances.

I realize that I know little about the actual workings of Zam and its sites, but is it possible to set up a Hearthhead-equivalent for Magic Duels? If so, how would it happen? (I would not mind putting in some time to contribute to its development.) And if not, where would you recommend we look for such a thing?

Given that this place is shedding games and employees, I wouldn't expect to see them pick up anything new.
