Channel AdvertisersFollow

Is there a possibility of adding an addendum to the forum rules regarding fly-by channel spammers*? I mean, I don't have an issue with people promoting their channels if they're regular forum users(even semi-regular), but it really irks me when someone drops in, pops down an advertisement and leaves. Hell, advertising their channels in their sigs is more or less fine by me even for a new user if they stay around and participate in discussions. It's just when they're only using the forum as a place to pick up views that I wish to summon the **** wolves upon them.

*That part specifically is what makes it less than clear to me whether I'm justified in reporting them.
