Didn't there used to be a way to list factions by zones? Like you could pick North Kaladim and see all the factions there? I thought there was, but I can't figure a way to do it with the new form, only mobs by specific factions.

That doesn't ring a bell. From the faction page, you may see the list of zones where you can raise/lower the faction, e.g., https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/faction.html?faction=499.
