Item Collector issues (two)Follow

When i start EQ i get this error:

weird/broken packet
failed a decomp from client
weird/broken packet
failed a decomp from client
weird/broken packet
failed a decomp from client
weird/broken packet

(and about 30 more times)
It keeps adding more as i sit at the Launchpad (before pressing play)

I keep getting the same error:

Item(123274): Illustrious Wrist Symbol of Growth [Illustrious Wrist Symbol of Growth]
invalid item (0) detected, ignoring.

The first part is fixed, the invalid item still is happening. The third augment on that wrist looks fine, i do each individually and does not error. It is the only cultural item i have (with three slots).

I'm having the same issue and have some more info for you. One of my bazaar toons has Soloist Ascension and Soloist Dream seals for sale. Whenever I pull up that toon, I'll get the following "invalid items":

invalid item (1869377363) detected, ignoring.

or

Item(123402) being updated.
Item(123402): Soloist Dream Chest Seal of the Berserker [A finely made seal]
invalid item (0) detected, ignoring.

The collector stops when it hits the invalid item, so I can't upload a profile to Alla. I started moving the Seal listed before the invalid item message and found every single seal produces the same invalid item error. After all seals were moved, the collector worked fine. Now the strange thing: if I move the items back to the bazaar toon, the collector picks them up without a problem. In fact, five of them were uploaded to the server. It's seems only the initial inventory check produces the error.

I really hope that helps you figure out what the problem is. I have toons with seals that I can't upload a profile because of this error.

I happen to have 2 toons that have invalid items, one with 0 and the other with a large number (1835353088).

I moved all my armor (both visible and invisible) on one toon to his bank and still got invalid item (0) when I zoned, so it was in his inventory. Reading through the IC list I was able to see which one it was and moved everything back and put the offending item in the bank then zoned again. IC read everything until it came to it in the bank:


I then removed the aug from the armband and zoned twice, with each item position switched, IC showed that it was item 49621 Venerable Wrist Symbol of the Brood that it had trouble. When I removed the aug from the armband, IC had updated Allakhazam with that aug with my name as updater ( https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=86061 ) but as soon as I zoned, it complained about item (0) for the aug. I had done more legwork and found the same problem with 3 other augs he has in Stalwart armor: Venerable (Chest/Wrist/Legging) Symbol of the Brood.

So, item (0) deals with the item directly above the complaint. Is it because it's a symbol of the brood? I see that they've been entered correctly before, perhaps IC is not reading the item correctly.

I did the same research with my other toon and got this:


This time, the item is AFTER the last item listed. Putting it in the bank, everything went fine until that item was checked. The numbered item is not in Allakhazam's database:



To find out which item is the offending one and because Item Collector has a small buffer which won't display all of your items, it checks in the following order:


So, you can see what the offending item is by seeing what the items before it are and where you have the items at; on your self, inventory, or bank. Item (0) are the item listed above it and item (number) are the next item in its check.
