EQ Item Collector not working for Povar server :: Free Realms

Recently Povar, and only them, underwent some maintenance and ever since, the collector won't detect a character and its items when logging in. To test this, I just went to Firiona Vie with a character I have there on the same account. Works good, it listed the items on the toon and when at a merchant. I went back to server selection and created a new toon on the TLP server Fippy. Again, it reads the data as intended.

Thinking that maybe my main character may be quirked, I went back to Povar and created a new toon. Logged it in, no response from the Collector. Normally it says:

But for Povar, it does not. I even tried another account. I can log onto characters on other servers and the collector finds them but not if the character is on Povar.

I just tried to use IC on Firiona Vie and Fippy servers, they don't work now after almost everyone was moved to their new physical locations yesterday. Thinking that maybe the wrong network jack was being used (I haven't changed anything), I tried the other port. Nothing.

I remembered from trying to log in yesterday that all the servers were locked except for Antonious Bayle. I went there and created a sample toon. I got this:

The servers being moved changed something that the IC is looking for that is now missing. I also run Magelo and it is showing these sample toons. Maybe it's the IP address of the servers?

Yeah, it's most likely the IP. I'll see what I can see.

OK - I'll quit trying to figure out why this isn't working for me on any server until I see an update :) I even tried reinstalling the collector today and it's still not seeing anything.

Additional comments for the sake of additional comments:

Long-time user of Item Collector here. Item Collector has ceased working for me (Bristlebane if it matters). Launches normally, and attempts to listen but its not processing any packet traffic.

downloaded latest IC setup, installed newer WinPcap and IC
tried running IC before and after launching EQ
did the typical stop / start collecting when switching accts or toons and then zoning that toon.

I still get nothing after the Mar 06 2012 server maintenance.

I just rebooted my PC and upon logging in, EQ Item Collector has resumed collecting item data. Thank you!

Yes, I did notice collecting was happening again, weeeee!
Not all IP addresses have been updated.
