Congratulations!

I think. Smiley: um

The announcement post was pretty vague in terms of what this will mean for the average user. Can you divulge any interesting things? Any ideas that are on the table, maybe? Plans for improvements, etc.?

Give us all the juice details. Smiley: sly

I'm excited about it personally; good things. I'll let the boss make any divulging decisions. :)

Heh, it's vague because it was serious, we're just going to keep on truckin'. That means same improvements we've been doing, support for upcoming games, etc. Nothing will be changing.

Smiley: dubious What was wrong with just using the other thread? Instead we had to delete everything in it and lock it?

Quite possibly that is the link they want to send out as a press announcement.

I'm surprised you sold out to those dirty... yea. Tencent sucks.
China going to end up owning everything in America soon enough, but that's besides the point. Tencent, ugh.

Greetings from Guangzhou!

Yeah, we thought that about Japan once too. In fifteen years, we'll probably be saying the same thing about India.

As far as the company as a whole, I'm not so sure it's any worse than if, say, EA had bought this place.
