Should we report things that aren't violating any rules, but are certainly suspicious?
Example
Two posts, but congratulating Smasharoo on being married and such? I know there aren't any ads in the sig, yet. But is the report button reasonable at least to have them get an admin note for future reference and/or watching?

In that particular instance, I happen to know who that is. There are times when people make posts, then later edit in malware sigs, but until that happens, I wouldn't report them unless there is actually something bad. Keep in mind that newbies often start with small unassuming posts too. If you did report them, it wouldn't be a problem. we'd just clear the report and ignore it.
