My premium is gone?Follow

#1 Aug 11 2011 at 8:58 AM Rating: Good
Did my premium expire? If so, I thought I had it set to auto-renew, why didn't it? And where do I go to renew it again?

EDIT: And are all of my images I've uploaded going to be gone or will I get them back when I resub?

Hi Mikhalia,

We'll get this figured out for you. Sorry about the confusion!

We don't remove those images on this end when someone stops being premium; they'll still be there.

I had the same thing happen to me the other week. I definitely had auto-renew on, but my subscription expired.

I just resent my credit card info. Too lazy to do otherwise...figured I'd check later to make sure you guys didn't double charge me.

I definitely have not been charged. I looked back on my posts and Aug 11th was when I paid for a year, so it makes sense why it expired today but not why it did not auto renew.

Credit card info changing can be one reason, such as your bank sending you a newer card with the same number but different expiration date and/or security code thingy. Billing address change could do it, too (and name changes for spouses taking a new last name). I don't look into these personally, but just tossing those out there.

Neither have happened, in my case. I just chalked it up to some quirk.

AHA! That is probably it. My bank replaced my card that I used. I totally forgot.

Okey dokey, gonna enter new card info.

Thanks a ton!

All better now!

I had totally forgotten about that until you mentioned it.

Heh, NP; happened to me not to long ago on another site or I'd not have thought of it either.
