If there is a specific section of the site you feel is out of date, please bring it to our attention in the feedback forum. a "hey, X game has Y now, but your database doesn't" is typically enough to get the ball rolling.
That's just it, Kao, I don't look anymore. I got so use to seeing outdated, incomplete and non exsistant information, I stopped looking for it here, and found it elsewhere. This site became just about the forums, and by ZAM's admission, that's what it would be while they used other ZAM sites for information databases.
My overall decision to leave and never come back (which means I am not really here right now >.>) was in part my disgust with forums in general, not just ZAM. I let that agitate me to the point where I was posting with malice, which in turn made some administrator's take notice, and properly deal with what I was doing.
I view forums now, as an online complaint department. And when consumers are unhappy with something, they will always comment negitively. Seeing a forum community troll one another over a particular topic isn't what I wanted in a forum. I wanted debate and discussion.
Any game I choose to play, I play because I enjoy it. Despite it's fault's, I still enjoy it, otherwise I would not play it. My enjoyment leads me to a forum to discuss it with others. I think the rise of official forums have led to the increase in complaint and negativity across all forums, fan sites such as this.
It's just a damn buzz kill to read day in and day out.

Newer games with more staff assigned to them typically recieve more content manager time. We also recently cut staffing hours in several areas due to several reasons, so some older games and forum query response times may be longer than they have been historically.
I am sure the decline in paid subscribers and posters as a good deal to do with this. Why come here to complain when you can do it in an official forum, where a developer may take notice?
Now those who are here, and have been here for years have their reasons for being here, and their support is appreceated I am sure. They have OT and asylum to rant and rave at each other over other issues. An online community isn't a bad thing after all.
Let me end this by apologizing to you and the admin staff that dealt with me months ago. I let silly things get to me, and acted childish. I'll even toss in a subscription to show how sorry I am. (Don't spend my three bucks all in one place.)
