Is gone from the top, and now people within the Forum can be found at the bottom.
Anyway that can be changed? I kind of liked the hide away at the top. I know..scroll down..but...lazy :p

I agree. I like that it's always shown now, but it's not in a very useful place.
Top and bottom would be nice. I have no preference on whether it is initially hidden or not.

It's probably been moved to the bottom to decrease clutter that gets between you and the forum/thread that you want to read.
