The Rift Soul Builder has stopped working for me for some reason. When I click on the icons in the middle of the trees to choose my soul, nothing happens. The soul choosing option doesn't appear. Same happens when i click a link to a build, the talents or souls aren't there, it's just black. I'm using Chrome as browser. I hope you can help me with this.

Appears to be working for me in Google Chrome. Can you try pressing Ctrl+F5 and let us know if that helps?
Also look in the top right and if the build is locked click "Unlock Build", as locked builds would prevent you from changing souls, though it shouldn't keep you from seeing linked builds load.

I checked that the build is unlocked and pressed Ctrl+F5 but it didn't work. Went over to Internet Explorer and checked if the Soul builder works there and it did work just fine. So the problem is probably with Google Chrome.

confirmed, broken in Chrome (v10, Linux), but works in Firefox 3.6.15 (Linux)
