CC charged but no PremiumFollow

Ok so my dad finally aggreed to let me use his CC to upgrade to Premium since I dont have a CC to use. So I went through and tried to upgrade, at first i put in my info above the CC info part but after clicking on the submit thing it told me to use the billing info (stupid me shoulda known) anywho after correcting it it gave me a duplicate error thing. i talked to my dad and he said the CC had been charged but alas no premium service.

Please please please look into this...if you need more info (i.e. transaction proof from my dads CC or whatever please let me know)
