Can i have the large Recipes icon just like old one? small icon so hard to see.. or let the user choose the option of icon size plz plz ;-D

No, sorry. They will be staying. It was a trade off for usability. Using large icons with item name text just made the individual rows far too big and the item name text had to be added.
