Well, the change has been active for a while now, giving us time to get used to it, and...

...I still hate it. The inconvenience that some people were experiencing in having to click twice on a tab link (assuming you were not active in that tab) under the previous system is nothing compared to the horrific navigation system that the mouseover tabs provide us with. If you are going to stick with this type of system (having tabbed menus), click tabs are the more user-friendly option. You can make jokes at my expense, call me retarded or slow or olde or what have you, but for quickly navigating the site, I have spent more time getting back from pages I didn't want to be on with the new system than I ever would have spent due to having to click on an inactive tab to get to the menus under it.

Yeah, mouseover is good for some things. Horizontal drop-down menus aren't on the list.

The entire menu system is horrible, to be brutally honest. Alone the fact that if I want to view achievements (WoW layout), I have to move my cursor to the far left to hover over Database and then move my cursor in a horizontal motion, while staying within the sub-menu frame, to the far right to hover over Achievements.

Yes, the tab is "sticky" and moving your cursor outside of the sub-menu frame will not reset the main menu - however, accidentally skipping out of the sub-menu frame and over a main menu tab will cause the sub-menu to change.

Not even going to start on m.zam.com because that site is just messed up.
