Apparently opening links to other sites in new tabs doesn't work anymore and/or doesn't work reliably. Was this change intentional, and if so, can we add it to the long list of things we're going to complain about that won't ever get fixed because of some mandate from Corporate?
ADDENDUM: Just realized I explained that badly. Prior to the layout update, links automatically got a new window (IE6) or tab (IE7+/Firefox/probably every other tabbed browser known to Man). They do not anymore, or at least if they still do, they haven't done so with anything resembling consistency (or, for that matter, approaching the majority of the time).

It may be FFXI-skin specific.
EDIT: It may also be just something that crops up inconsistently, as it's presently working correctly (the only difference seems to be that Chatzilla is not running). I'll see if I can narrow down the conditions for making it happen beyond that.
