I was setting my journal to Protected and wanted to check the permissions for who could access it but when the FFXIV skin linked me to this page: http://ffxiv.zam.com/db/jperms.html I get a 404 error.

We're still updating all the links, but you can manage journal permissions on the new user page now:

http://www.zam.com/users/

Click on contacts on the left. People listed under the friends tab are the ones who have access to your protected journal.
