Was just wondering if there's a plan to link Chance to create Lifeshard(##) to the linked spell effects, and/or rewrite the descriptions as ##% chance to trigger spell-xxxx, since most, if not all of those types of spells have a base2_# that points to another spell effect number?
Many people are confused about how it works, and don't know how to read the raw data to find out what it really means.
**** EDIT ****
An example, 15047 spell id = Sheltering Thunder Chance (which is the autocast for 15065 spell id, Deafening Blades Strike, which is the proc of the buff 15062, Deafening Blades. Anyway, for 15047, it shows:
1: Chance to create Lifeshard(30)
and if you look at the raw data, the attrib1 = 340 as is expected, and the base2_1 = 15075, which points you to the 30% chance for spell id 15075, Sheltering Thunder which gives such a nice effect of:
2: Increase Chance to Parry by 9999%
Anyway, the original questions ponders if there is a plan to rewrite the description of:
1: Chance to create Lifeshard(30)
to something more akin to:
1: 30% Chance to trigger Sheltering Thunder
