I saw that information once at Alakazam, but I can't find it anymore. I can't find any information about where to find the blue shinies I need to do that quest.
I want to find out if it is possible for one person with the goggles to get the collection by going invisible, grabbing, and hoping the pet can fight off the attackers long enough to gather the shiney. I don't care how often I die doing this. I want that book. But I don't want it 20P. That is no fun.
Never mind. I just found the answer to my question. The information is available only for money.
I don't care if it is only 3.33 a month. I will not pay for it. Neither will I pay for furniture in the Market Plaze.

Are you trying to say that the information you are looking for is available to premium members only? Or that you have to buy it in game?
That kind of info isn't premium only. It would be in either the quest wiki or the quest comments (or item, mob, whatever).
