Premium Upgrade QuestionFollow

I was trying to upgrade to become a premium member and when I submitted my form it went to an 404 error with the website not being found.

I'm a little leary to submit again as I don't want to accidently charge my card twice.

Anything I should do here? I'd like to be a premium member :(

Edit: Apparently it went through w/o a problem just surprised I got that 404 error. Nvm, false alarm.
