Find someone on here that you don't mind having your address.

Good luck.

Not to mention they don't make courier pigeons like they used to.

Not quite sure on the specifics on eligibility: Living in Canada, can I submit an entry to this contest and in the chance that I win something, have it sent to someone in the US?
I know I was able to have my Vanadiel clock (I won a weekly draw during the Allakhazam Anniversary contest) sent to someone else, do the same rules apply for this contest?

If you win, we ask you for a shipping address. We then ship things to the address you specify. We don't verify your address. If you win somehow and have a US address, DON'T TELL US YOU ARE FROM CANUKISTAN!

Speaking of contests, I never did get that silly clock I won. Before someone asks, I replied to DFs email the day I got it.

I got a follow-up email from DF a couple days ago:

Quote:
Hiya Folks!

We have now ordered all prizes and I have tracking and/or order numbers for each of you. I apologize for the delay in getting you this information, but it was something that could not be helped. If you'd like your tracking and/or order number, please reply to this email and I will get that to you ASAP. Also, once you have received your prize, could you please let me know what date you received it and include your user name to make it easier to notate on my excel sheet. Thank you for helping me in this matter and we appreciate your patience and your continued support in Allakhazam.com.

I've shipped large heavy packages to Ugly despite customs and cost. I did it because I care.

I've ordered stuff from the States and paid £30-£40 postage, what's the trouble? Prize winners could pay postage :/

I refuse to win anything until you change your rules Smiley: sly

I can buy the statue from the Dutch SQEX store, but I can't win it from Allakhazam...

The site must be pretty down on funds if they can't even afford global shipping on a single item... Pikko must have been slacking on the bento sales, I tell you!

Ah well, you know what they say... There's no them in US...

This has nothing to do with cost of shipping folks, but legalities of contests in other nations and meeting their requirements. I just think if they can take my money, they should be able to include me, because they're international.

That's even worse.

"We can't send you a competition prize you won as we can't be ***** to read competition rules in your country?"

Last time I looked we're a civilised nation, to a degree, no weird competition rules here.

That's the problem right there; instead of using courier pigeons they should be using swallows. I mean if 2 of them can migrate with a coconut I'm sure that 20 can carry a PC to Hawaii/Alaska (the latter only if you provide them with little sweaters and hats).
