Either remove the category of "Unrated" (or if you need it for nuked posts, make it impossible for users to rate something down to Unrated), or else rename "Never Filter" to "Sub-default filter".

When something falls unrated, It means the community as a whole has deemed the content to be too offensivly stupid for anyone to view except the admins. And they have to pay us to look at it. If you want to see those (and you really are not missing much, trust me on this) I would suggest applying for the next available Admin position.
Seeing 40 pages of nuked "My wife marrid a satilite" threads gets old quickly.
Why not make it so that non-admins can't get a post below sub-default no matter how many times it's rated down. If something really needs to be unrated, an admin can do it.
People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome. ~River Tam
I'm going to start rating Varus up so others can see him later on. Because this is the only alternative we've been left with.
I've actually done this before. I get tired of seeing an entire thread go under the waves because the original post was knocked to Unrated.
Tell the truth. You don't want people to see 25 straight posts from you having a crazy conversation with yourself and some imaginary guy you keep "quoting".

It's even worse when Smash does it because he doesn't use the Quote markup, and doesn't add a name to who he's quoting.
