Why can't I log onto Alla? (was forum=1) :: Free Realms

Greetings everyone,

Can anyone tell me if they have had any problems accessing Alla these past 3 days? I was fine Sunday afternoon, but Sunday evening I started getting Internal Server Error when trying to access it.

Any help or assistance getting my issue passed on to the folks at Alla would be greatly appreciated. I can't even get an email to them, it keeps getting returned. Oh, no spyware or adware or viruses on my pc if your thinking of asking me to check that stuff.

Can anyone at least tell me how can I get a message to the folks at Alla? Confirm that this is an isolated issue or not? The post can get moved, but it can't get a response?

Thank you for responding. Though I am a bit confused because I know of at least one person who is able to access Alla at this moment. This leads me to believe that there is something wrong on my end, which doesn't make sense either.

It woudn't bother me so much, but I just renewed my premium membership.

We can start with the regular:

Cookies enabled?
Cleared cookies, cache and temporary internet files?
Are you are work or behind a proxy?
Which pages give you trouble? Have you tried another template?
Is your browser updated to the latest patch?
What is your browser and it's version?
What is your OS and it's version?
Is your AV up to date?
Have you defragged lately?
Is your computer time and date correct?
