Karma bug? :: Free Realms

Hi guys,

When I click my name in a thread, it says my average Karma is 3.10, but whenever I post something it starts at 3.09. Is this normal or a bug?

Also, I'm pretty sure I'm being karma camped on the FFXI Phoenix server board, what do I need to do to have that looked into, do you need example threads?

You must be right at the cusp of 3.10. Some rounding of numbers has to take place, I think, due to the way the thing is set up.
I know I've sen this phenomenon that you describe explained before. I seem to recall the usual answer is that with a few more rate ups, it will settle into your higher mark.

yeah, when i'm 'teetering' on the edge, one post would be 3.55 (for example), next one would be 3.54, then again with 3.55, until i finally got knocked up (no pun here) far enough into 3.55

just the way the numbers are rounded apparently

Ok, thanks for the info. Thinking about it more though, I don't think I'm being actively karma camped, I just overreacted to a couple ratedowns the wrong way. May have been before, but I don't think I'm being camped now, so I guess I don't need to worry about it.
