Lucy dates - show year?Follow

This has bugged me for literally years. Is there any chance Lucy could be changed so that she shows *years* in her dates? For example, this is the history page for the spell Complete Healing:

Now, from that page I know that the spell was changed from healing 10k to healing 7500 on 16th October... but (at the time of writing) there have been SIX 16th Octobers since EQ went live - so when was the change made?

I know Lucy isn't 'home grown' so there might be issues changing the code, but this seems an obvious fix to make...
