Lucy is not updating For the test server there have been many patches for spells since 7-21. Can someone please look into this.

I (as a wild guess) tend to think that the upcoming expansion has changed the format of spdata, which, in turn, has broken poor Lucy.
Until the new format is discovered, it looks like we will be stuck with the Jul/21 update.
Unfortunate - although, I admit I'm enjoying not having to wade through the countless messages of people wailing on the eqlive forums as folks look at pre-release spell/AA data for Depths.
