Help with character creation?Follow

Call me retarded, but do you have to be a premium members to make a character profile here~? I have one for FFXI, but every time I try to make one here (by the only way I know, clicking on 'Your Characters...') the site loads with a blank page. So is it my computer, the site, am I missing something, or simply retarded? ^^'
