Threaten the company! We cant do crap but they cant call our bluff b/c were oversea's! (I think)
Maybe time to implement a posting search before submitted, i dont know how resource intsive it is but adding an if statement before submitting dont know if youre willing to change policy but its really gettting out of hand.

All say it is getting out of hand.. something like 9 or 10 tonight, the same amount (i'm guessing) yesterday... SOMETHING needs to be done, even if it is getting a few more admins or hiring/finding some forum moderators. Give them the same power as users have over their journals only assigned to a forum.
