I'm buying a new computer and i am wondering what i should by for the best gameing experience for this game ( although i have a $600 budget) also which internet connection should i sign with?

600 bucks isn't going to get you much of a gaming rig unless you build it yourself. For you ISP, check your local area. I'm sure they have DSL or Cable available.
