It was an a thing added a bit ago (by Danalog I think?) that identifies banned poster's posts, and seperates them from everyone else's posts. They are supposed to be dark gray.

Don't suppose you feel like running a whois on the IP and yelling at the poster's ISP? I have a feeling he's about 14 years old so a call from his ISP would likely make him crap his pantarus.
