It's pretty much a compilation of all the "Good" threads from across the boards. It would have taken quite a bit of work and is probably the best list around.
I know you don't usually sticky things on the main page, but for the non-premium members like myself. This is a godsend.

wow look like alot of work went into that post, I bookmarked it but a sticky seems like a good idea. but...
And Im sure many such posts have been created over the years
( like Ultimate FFXI Guide Completed and etc.. ) too bad we don't have a mega sticky with all these guides and such in it.

That's what the thread is though. It's something like 50-75 Guides that were posted from across the FFXI boards.
If something deserves a sticky I think that would be it.
He really did put a lot of effort into it and I would hate to usurp that by creating another thread with just slightly more links on it.
