It means that that's the icon they have in game.. it's their default icon, like the pearl necklace icon is the default in EQ

I always thought the guy's face was awesome in WC3. I'm going to have to sneak my face into the software I'm writing. Even though it's just a retail application, and I'll probably get scolded for it. :)
