It appears the Text CSV dumps of the lucy spell database have not been updated to reflect the changes made to the web interface. The effect slot IDs being output in the CSV file are still limited to 255, though the raw data on the web page appears to be correct.
You can see this easily with the OOW Shaman Spell Talisman of Wunshi. This has effect id of 262 listed for VSlots 10 and 11 on the web page (Increase Stat Cap), but the CSV record still has values of 255 for these fields.

If I may ask, how long do you think before the new parse is posted?
apologies, was fixing the parser this morning to better describe some SPA#'s - and discovered that a recent patch on the test server had not parsed to the site yet. Turns out there's some invalid data in the current test spells_us.
Anyhwo spent this morning wrestling with getting it fixed, then went for a mountain bike ride (it's a glorious automn day here), only to return and discover that file persmissons blocked the export.. oops ;)
should be up within the hour.
