Error Message when starting upFollow

It was working fine until tonight. When I start it up I get an error message saying "CreateFile failed on backend.exe: 32" (minus quotation marks obviously) I am using Bellsouth's ADSL. Any help you could give me with this would be GREATLY appreciated!
