cant see my chars under profileFollow

Hi!
I just downloaded the item collector and cant get it to work.
when I log in to eq it list all the stuff I have on my char but
I cant see any of my chars in the profile list.
The message I get after it list my gear is.....

I did look at the other posts but could not find anything that helps me.
sometimes I also get a line saying something about there is still a bug???
