I'm torn on vaping. I really like that I can get my nicotine without having to chew gum or spray peppermint pain in my mouth, and being able to "smoke" without worrying about throat, lung, mouth cancer is great.
Unfortunately, I've not been able to find a liquid that mimics the "scratchy" feel I get from a real cigarette, and it doesn't work as well with coffee as real tobacco does. Still, I've cut down significantly on my tobacco consumption (er, I guess you don't really consume it, but you know what I mean) since I started vaping. I'm down to one with my morning coffee and one before bedtime. My nicotine consumption (again with the consumption) has gone up, though, because I now puff while I'm at the computer whereas before I had to get up and walk to the window to get my nicotine.
Win some, lose some, I guess.
