The day after admitting he killed a woman and dumped her body on a rural road, a St. Catharines, Ont., man was released from jail.

Judge Stephen Glithero sentenced Wayne Ryczak, 55, to one day in jail on Thursday for the death of 29-year-old Stephine Beck.

Wow. What are the odds he'll have to defend himself against another prostitute in the next few months?

I really really want to know more around the circumstances of that case. Because going on that article, there's not nearly enough evidence for a lighter sentence.

She was "in his house probably for criminal purposes" is not enough evidence of a home-invasion, on his word, when her profession is as a sex worker. Where's the evidence he didn't hire her?

Where's the evidence she attacked him first? It's just a most unsatisfactory article.

I think the point you're missing here is that you're supposed to kill hookers and dump their bodies in a river once you're bored with them. If you do it on the side of a road, it's considered littering, which is what he spent a day in jail for.

I **** you not, the article wrote:
"She had a heart of gold. Her lifestyle, to me right now, this whole thing has judged her on her lifestyle, not as a human being."

HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAH.

No if you do it in a river you might still get something for littering or pollution. The only acceptable thing to do with a dead hooker is cut up her body and bury it in Las Vegas. Or if you have a large enough dumpster you may put it in there.

I blame Judge Stephen Glithero.

But then... Canada's laws are so much better than ours. I'm sure he knew what he was doing, right, Ugly? Smiley: grin

No, that's Quebec. Ontario is Canada. Or so they often think. I don't really blame Harper. I was just trying to entice Adam out. I think he'd go gay for the man.
